COMMUNITY KIRTAN - SATURDAY 04.07. - 7PM

YIN + SOUND

Join Isabelle for a combination of Yin Yoga and Sound—a deeply restorative and meditative experience that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.

Slow, mindful movements and breathwork create a grounding space for introspection and healing while the element of Sound creates deep relaxation through the frequencies of the gong, singing bowls and other instruments, sometimes vocals and poetry.

Every TUESDAY 8 PM - YIN + SOUND

ABS + ASS

This class focuses on building stability and balance.

Through slow, controlled movements, we target and activate the deep core—abdominals, back, pelvic floor and glutes —to create a strong, supportive foundation.

Expect precise exercises and mindful repetition that build intensity to challenge your muscles and build lasting strength.
