Our order? Brot mit Butter, a tin of Sardinen in Olivenöl and (on Sundays) Linde’s Mandel Bär with jam and whipped cream. From there, all you need is a shady spot.

Yesterday was Mother’s Day - so naturally, we celebrated ours 💛
Meet our SCOBY - the “mother” culture that makes our kombucha possible. She might not look like much, but she’s alive, thriving, and responsible for every batch we brew.
No mother, no fermentation. No fermentation… no BOUCHE.
A thank you and shoutout to the jelly-like queen who’s often misunderstood 🫧
(Why is it called the “mother”? Because during fermentation, the SCOBY creates new cultures - literally giving life to the next batch.)
