About a week ago, we gathered on a beautiful estate in Uckermark for our annual retreat with one shared intention: to slow down, regulate our nervous systems, and reconnect with ourselves.
The goal wasn’t just to spend a few nice days together, but to leave equipped with tools that support us in daily life, helping us move out of the fight-or-flight response faster and find our way back to a calm, parasympathetic state long after the retreat ends.

For more than 35 years, Ulrike Schablin has dedicated her time to bodywork and holistic wellbeing, and for over 25 years she has been teaching yoga with passion and depth.
With her extensive background in anatomy and movement, she offers not only regular yoga classes in studios and companies, but also leads retreats, workshops and special events. Her warm and intuitive teaching style creates a safe, transformative space for her students.
This weekend, you’ll have the chance to experience Ulrike’s teaching in an immersive 90-minute class offering a preview of the practices we’ll dive into during the upcoming retreat (25.06. - 28.06.2026).
Expect a thoughtful combination of dynamic Vinyasa and soothing Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Sound.

You might come to Pilates to feel stronger, more toned or simply to move your body - but a lot more is happening beneath the surface.
Beyond core strength and posture, Pilates has a powerful effect on the nervous system. Through slow, controlled movement and intentional breathing, your body shifts out of “fight or flight” and into a more balanced state.
At the same time, you build a deeper connection to your body, learning how to stand, sit, and move with more awareness. This carries into everyday life, showing up as better posture, less tension and more ease overall.

Qi Gong is an ancient practice that combines slow, mindful movement, breath, and awareness to restore the natural flow of energy in the body. In a world that often pulls us into stress and disconnection, it offers a simple and effective way to come back to balance.
This weekend, Franzi will introduce you to the renowned “8 Brocades”, a set of traditional Qigong exercises developed by Daoist monks for enhancing physical health, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.
