it is still summer, but the first grey starts crawling back into Berlin…🌻 and while people still enjoy their time outside, their beer in the park, the late night walk, the outdoor practice or parties, first little voices arise deep down, whispering: “careful, winter is coming! 🥶”

We know it is super early, but because we’ve had plenty of conversations in the last weeks with people who feel the “end of summer blues” already, here are some ideas that might help embrace the seasons.

Eva is guiding you through improvisation (yes, even if you’re not a dancer :) ) and teaching you a sequence using the material from acro as well.

Clara is giving an introduction into chinese internal martial arts (from Xuan Gong Fu) and how to bring these principles into your movement practice and your daily life.

You can either join for the full 5 days, or come for a day or two :)
