Oscar is gonna teach you the Macaco step by step, so after these 5 days you’ll walk away with a good macaco base or a better macaco, depending on where you come from :)

Eva is guiding you through improvisation (yes, even if you’re not a dancer :) ) and teaching you a sequence using the material from acro as well.
Clara is giving an introduction into chinese internal martial arts (from Xuan Gong Fu) and how to bring these principles into your movement practice and your daily life.
You can either join for the full 5 days, or come for a day or two :)

Most people think being stuck in their practice means they need more discipline. More sessions and more willpower, or more input and new exercises.
But it’s rarely that.
The same routine can keep you running in circles or take you somewhere. The difference isn’t just how often you show up, but HOW you show up. And that quality is hard to find when you never experienced what “going deeper” feels like.
A few concentrated days can change that. Not because more hours magically fix things, but because you finally get the time and space to drop in properly. Your system winds down. You arrive in your body in a way that almost never happens when normal life is running alongside.
And once you’ve felt that, your body remembers. It becomes a reference point your weekly practice can keep relating back to. You stop just repeating movements and start finding your way back to what being present feels like.
That is why we organize our
5 Day Summer Camp
movement practice through the lense of acro, dance and internal martial arts.
