Workshop details:

🌀POLE CHOREO
This isn’t your ordinary choreo – it’s choreo, Yvonne style! Expect different movement, musicality, and flow, and explore new ways of moving on the pole. You’ll leave with fresh inspiration for your own practice.

Duration: 90 min
Level: All levels (some first pole experience is recommended)

🌀STATIC ART COMBOS
Learn a fun mix of aerial rotations, movement, and artistic combinations on static pole. You’ll dive into flowing transitions without touching the floor, using momentum, rotation, and flying shapes to connect everything together.

Level: Intermed/ Advanced

✨ 4-WEEK BACKBEND SPECIAL ✨

Starting today with !

Have you always wanted to learn backbend skills like forearm stands, chest stands, bridge walkovers, and other flexibility tricks that require a strong and mobile back? Or simply strengthen your back for those beautiful bendy shapes on the pole?

Throughout June, will be taking over our Thursday evening Beyond Flexibility class, sharing his approach to backbending and mobility.

Join us for a 4-week Backbend Special and spend 75 minutes each week exploring the foundations, techniques, and conditioning that make deeper backbends possible.
