A cycle completes.
After more than a decade of teaching and holding space, I am closing a chapter that has shaped so much of my life.
When I look back, what stays with me most is not the classes I taught, but the relationships that grew around them. Meeting some of you during pregnancy, getting to know your babies, watching children grow, and meeting again through different seasons of life.
“Yoga is relationship.” T.K.V. Desikachar
Those words have become increasingly important to me.
I still believe deeply in the wisdom and transformative potential of yoga. But I am questioning how I can continue to be in service to this practice without participating in ways of teaching and consuming yoga that leave little room for relationship, continuity and care and without depleting myself in the process.
So I am allowing this cycle to complete. Not with all the answers, but with gratitude, curiosity and space for something else to emerge.
And the relationship continues. 🤍
You can still practise and connect with me through my online video library, newsletter, free Care Circle for mothers and my free workshops in adult education at VHS
I’ve written more about this transition on my blog.

With love and gratitude,
