🔵Brush for Chips

--The chip brush is used to regularly remove chips and sawdust from the cutting area. Why it’s beneficial:
--Prevents saw clogging – accumulated chips can cause the blade to jam or the cut to be uneven.
--Improves visibility of the cut – the operator can see the cutting line better, which increases accuracy.
--Reduces blade wear – trapped chips between the blade and material create extra friction, wearing down teeth faster.
--Safety – removing chips reduces the risk of flying debris that could injure the operator.

🔵Coolant

--Coolant (or cutting oil) is applied to the blade or the material being cut. Why it’s important:
--Reduces temperature of blade and material – cutting generates heat, which can damage the blade or material (e.g., burning wood or overheating metal).
--Improves cut quality – coolant lowers friction, producing a smoother, cleaner cut.
--Extends blade life – heat and friction wear down the blade faster; coolant slows this down.
--Helps remove chips – coolant also helps wash away small chips and debris from the cutting area.
