When did your agility setup stop being “good enough”?

Maybe your dog showed you.
Maybe the gear moved, wore down, or failed at the wrong moment.
Maybe training simply got more serious.

Your dog clears bars confidently. But a wall asks a different question - not just how high, but what shape the obstacle is.

That small change can make training more useful without adding more space.

Which obstacle changed how you train most: wall, tunnel, long jump, or something else?

Club equipment has to handle more than training sessions.

Tunnels are stored, moved, packed away, used outdoors and exposed to changing temperatures throughout the season. Over time, that stress often shows most at the join points between panels.

That’s why we pay attention to seam construction.

Sewn seams create a mechanical hold that helps the tunnel stay more predictable through regular handling and repeated club use.

If you’re planning equipment for your club, message us. We’ll help you choose a practical tunnel setup for the way you train.

Regular tunnel cleaning helps keep the anti-slip surface consistent for repeated training.

After a session, sand, mud and wet fur can stay inside the tunnel — especially around the entry and exit, where the dog uses the surface most.

Over time, that debris can slowly work against the texture of the surface.

The routine is simple:

shake out loose dirt,
check the inside by hand,
let the tunnel dry before storing it.

For clubs, trainers and regular training groups, this small habit helps keep the tunnel ready for repeated use.

How often do you check the inside of your tunnel — every few sessions, once a month, or only when something feels off?

A small practical setup tip we got from experienced agility handlers which can save both time and frustration:

Use tunnel color to mark tunnel length.

When each length has its own color, the team can grab the right tunnel faster, with less checking and fewer mix-ups.

Simple system. Easier club setup. More consistent storage.

Message us if you want help choosing a color-by-length setup.
