Want to spend your summer outdoors guiding like-minded adventurers from all over the world? At Martin's Adventures, we turn mass tourism into authentic experiences. We are looking for partners to join our small team of enthusiastic, professional guides.

What awaits you with us?
-Leading group & private tours (canoes, kayaks, mountain bikes, e-bikes, and rock climbing) in the Bohemian Paradise, along the Sázava River, or around Karlštejn.
-Working with top-of-the-line equipment and having the backing of a family business with a 15-year tradition.
-Deepening your skills in management, logistics, and communication in English.

We'll be a great match if:
-You love outdoor sports and are in at least solid physical condition.
-You are an active driver (holding a valid driver's license and comfortable driving a van/car with equipment).
-You have perfect English (our clients are primarily from North America and Western Europe).
-You are responsible, communicative, and know how to give people that "wow-effect" from a trip.

The hike to the summit of Ostrý (or Osser in German) has it all: incredible views, a trail that keeps you on your toes, and a cozy mountain hut waiting for you at the very top. 🏔️ On a clear day, you can even spot the Alps shimmering in the distance!
