Take holidays.
Not just in summer.
Not just in winter.
Take a little holiday every single day.
It doesn’t have to be a week on the beach or a flight somewhere exotic.
Sometimes 15–20 minutes is all you need.
Go for a walk.
Train.
Read.
Sit in nature.
Breathe.
Do something that genuinely makes you smile.
Those small moments aren’t a luxury—they’re an investment in your energy, your health, and your happiness.
And one more thing… the colour of my running shoes automatically adds at least 10% more happiness—and definitely a bit more walking speed ;)

Is this the hardest workout? Sit still for 10 min. No distractions. No phone. Nothing. Resist the urge to reach for stimulations. Good luck

Food for thought 😉
The most common mistake I see with patients isn’t them doing the wrong exercises… It’s waiting for the “perfect” moment to begin.
I get it… I was there, too. When time is limited, energy is low, or expectations are too high, it can seem like anything less than a full, ideal session isn’t worth it. But that’s not true. The first 10 minutes of a walk provide a strong biological signal.
Your body doesn’t require perfection; it needs consistency.
Even a few minutes of movement still matters. A short walk, a few gentle stretches, or a brief set of exercises is not “nothing.”
And showing up, even imperfectly, is where change actually begins. As long as it doesn’t consistently.

Pain is often the overflow.
Not the beginning of the problem.
Stress, poor sleep, old injuries, overtraining, emotional pressure…
the body keeps compensating until it can’t anymore.
Symptoms are usually the last warning sign.
Address the cause. Not just the pain.

The most common mistake I see isn’t people doing the wrong exercises, it’s waiting for the “perfect” moment to begin.
I understand why that happens. When time is limited, energy is low, or expectations feel high, it can seem like anything less than a full, ideal session isn’t worth it. But that belief often keeps people stuck longer than they need to be.
The truth is, your body doesn’t require perfection, it responds to consistency. Even a few minutes of movement still matters. A short walk, a few gentle stretches, or a brief set of exercises is not “nothing.” It’s a signal to your body that you’re showing up.
And showing up, even imperfectly, is where change actually begins.
You just need a starting point that fits your life today and that is already enough.
