July is here and so is our calendar!
Head to pickleheads and get yourself into some matches - and be sure to pay attention, new games are added throughout the month 🔥

We just partnered with Luzz and we’re bringing their paddles to Prague! 🏓

The #1 player in the US plays with them and now you can try all 5 models yourself. PPC members get a special discount, so if you’re curious, reach out to Radoslav Petrišin this week!

Playing lots of games is good for improvement, but it takes more to really move up 💪

Regular drills and repetition are what help you make the leap to the next big category 📈

The second edition of Cookie Cup was a success! We started with Women’s and Men’s Doubles, where players fought for a place in the playoffs. In the afternoon, we continued with Mixed Doubles.
A day full of great pickleball, delicious food, traditional cookie medals and an amazing community. Thank you to everyone who made the second Cookie Cup so special!
And special shoutout to our PPC members Dita Daňhelková and Lenka Morgan for being the best organisers 💙

Druhý ročník Cookie Cupu byl velkým úspěchem! Zahájili jsme ho čtyřhrou žen a mužů, kde hráči bojovali o postup do vyřazovacích bojů. Odpoledne jsme pokračovali smíšenou čtyřhrou.
Byl to den plný skvělého pickleballu, lahodného jídla, tradičních cookie medailí a úžasné komunity. Děkujeme všem, kteří udělali druhý ročník Cookie Cupu tak výjimečným!
A zvláštní poděkování patří našim členkám PPC Dita Daňhelková a Lenka Morgan za to, že byly těmi nejlepšími organizátorkami 💙

PPC members had a blast introducing pickleball to these kiddos last week at the annual Sports Day organized by Praha 1 and Praha 2 to celebrate International Children’s Day. Such a great opportunity to give kids a change to try various sports. We love to get involved in the community!

Členové PPC si minulý týden náramně užili, když představili pickleball dětem na každoročním Sportovním dni pořádaném Prahou 1 a Prahou 2 u příležitosti Mezinárodního dne dětí. Skvělá příležitost dát dětem šanci vyzkoušet různé sporty. Moc rádi jsme součástí těchto komunitních akcí!

Every Wednesday – Beginner Open Play with Coach Pete
A relaxed, low-pressure session to get a feel for the game. Just show up, play, and have fun — no experience needed!
(primarily in English, but Czech speakers welcome!)

Every Thursday – Beginner Clinic with Coach Rado & Gabby
A more structured session with tips, drills, and guidance to help you actually improve. Perfect if you're just starting out and want to learn the basics properly.
(Czech/Slovak session, but English speakers welcome too!)

🏓 Dva skvělé způsoby, jak se každý týden dostat do pickleballu!

Každou středu – Začátečnický volný trénink s koučem Petem
Uvolněná session bez tlaku, kde si můžeš na hru sáhnout. Prostě přijď, hraj a bav se — žádné zkušenosti nejsou potřeba!
(primárně v angličtině, ale česky mluvící jsou vítáni!)

Každý čtvrtek – Začátečnická klinika s koučem Radem a Gabby
Strukturovanější lekce s tipy, cvičeními a vedením, které ti pomůžou se skutečně zlepšit. Ideální, pokud teprve začínáš a chceš se naučit základy správně.
(česky/slovensky, ale anglicky mluvící jsou také vítáni!)

The fourth Prague Pickleball Tour was on the 10 May and focused entirely on men’s singles and doubles. The day was so fun and it was great to see some new faces on the tour! Čtvrtý ročník Prague Pickleball Tour se konal 10. května a byl zaměřený výhradně na mužský singl a čtyřhru. Byl to skvělý den a bylo úžasné vidět na turnaji nové tváře!
