Another beautiful Wednesday evening at .

Today we took it slower than usual, starting the class in child's pose. Have you noticed that the beginning pose can definitely set the tone for the whole class, for everything else that follows?

The closed, folded shape od the child's pose naturally draws your awareness inward. This introspective quality then tends to make the whole practice feel more meditative rather than just physical.

And that's exactly what we had. 🤍

On Storms

…and right when they entered savasana, outside the window the most beautiful storm began.

-- I have been doing yoga for like 20 years, 10 out of them teaching, yet this was the first time for me to experience this.

The soothing sound of rain, the calming knowing of nature being watered. The storm’s unique skill to wash down what is unused, unneeded, and let the pure resurface.

So, here is to storms, weather and interpersonal ones — and their unmatched refreshing ability. As powerful as they are peaceful.

On Spring

Spring is definitely the most amazing season.... Exactly as the other three seasons ☺️

Breathing practice in the beginning of the class - with reward for the teacher right outside the window.

I am in awe.

Evening yoga and its magic. So happy to start being able to do some good in the Prague neighborhood ❤️
