Filming Day at the Body Control Pilates Headquarters in London! With my amazing as always crew and the wonderful Pilatesbyashia as 1 of my 2 bodies (Afsi unfortunately doesn’t do social media). Thank you to everyone! It was a real pleasure! We filmed 2 videos, the first of a Series of . These will go on the platform that anyone can subscribe to. The videos are all that someone needs when travelling long hours on planes and trains and automobiles or working for a few days abroad. Get the circulation going, help sluggish digestion and posture that has been compromised. Stay tuned everyone! Marianela Nuñez @marianelanunezofficial is a Principal Dancer with The Royal Ballet in London.⁣ ⁣ Sometimes referred to as the ‘Messi of dance’, Marianela started dancing at age three in her native Argentina. At six, she entered the dance school at the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires.⁣ ⁣ “That start in dance was like a magnet — I just stayed with it”, she told @BBCMundo.⁣ ⁣ “For me, it was the foundation; thanks to everything I learned there, it became the springboard to joining the company of my dreams... the Royal Ballet.”⁣ ⁣ At 16, she joined the @royalballetandopera in London and has become one of its most prominent figures.⁣ ⁣ The immense demands and physical toll force many dancers to retire between the ages of 30 and 40. In a room filled with raw talent … precious!!!! These kids (ages 12-17) have so much potential and so much more in terms of opportunity than we had at that age! All they need is to believe in themselves and their dreams! The rest will happen with hard work in the dance studio and … 🙂💪🏻

There is so much energy in an empty ! It carries the vibrations of what has already taken place there and what is to follow, the physical and emotional processes that lead to amazing performances ! Only those that have stepped foot on stage as performers can really feel this. The moment one pushes the door into the studio , everything changes. I closed my eyes and took it all in! Excited to be in the premises of the to teach Pilates to the young dancers during their summer intensive preparation of La Esmeralda and La Bayadere. More photos to follow, stay tuned!

Honoured to represent the Cyprus Pilates Association today at the I-Fitness Charity day in support of Telethon! In a Sports Hall filled with mats and keen bodies executing a full Classical Pilates Matwork Class, the atmosphere was filled with community spirit and generosity! Thank you to everyone who showed up to support the cause, to all my colleagues who shared the stage as my “bodies” and those who assisted with correction and of course the CPA for trusting me with the task! Thank you to the organisers of I - Fitness Day and Telethon for giving us the opportunity to share the passion for Pilates with the public. Proud to move for something bigger than ourselves!
