Ένα μικρό πλάσμα που γεννιέται, μια μαμά που το αγκαλιάζει και το θρέφει, ένα φυτό που ανθίζει, ένας νέος καρπός που εμφανίζεται…

Η φύση μάς θυμίζει καθημερινά πόσο θαυμαστή είναι η δημιουργία της ζωής.

Και ίσως το πιο όμορφο που μπορούμε να κάνουμε είναι να σταματήσουμε για λίγο… να κοιτάξουμε, να νιώσουμε, να αναπνεύσουμε και να απολαύσουμε το θαύμα του να είμαστε εδώ.

Η ζωή δεν είναι μόνο όσα πρέπει να προλάβουμε. Είναι και όλες εκείνες οι μικρές στιγμές που συμβαίνουν ήδη μπροστά μας.

The colour of expression 💙
Blue is the colour traditionally associated with the Throat Chakra — Vishuddha, the centre of communication, truth and self-expression.
Perhaps that is why blue feels so calming…
the colour of the sky, the sea, and everything that reminds us to breathe, to speak, to listen — and most importantly, to express what is true within us.
Sometimes, even on holiday, we find little reminders of what we are learning on the mat. 💙
