Plans can change quickly in maritime operations. Sometimes with only a couple of days to make it happen.

When an order planned for Morocco had to be shifted to Algeciras, Spain, Stelios Kleovoulou handled the transition with speed, accuracy and care.

Training that makes a difference onboard.

Knowledge, skills and confidence. This is what every galley experiences when an MCTC Culinary Training Consultant goes onboard.

On board Kota Elok, Edd Sumawang worked side by side with the Chief Cook and Second Cook, sharing practical cooking techniques with a special focus on baking.

The team worked together in the galley, putting the training into practice and preparing lunch for the crew.

Onshore training and onboard work can look very different in practice.
