Οι Πρυτανικές Αρχές, το Συμβούλιο και η κοινότητα του Πανεπιστημίου Λευκωσίας εκφράζουν τη βαθιά τους θλίψη για το σιδηροδρομικό δυστύχημα στην Ελλάδα και απευθύνουν τα ειλικρινή τους συλλυπητήρια στις οικογένειες όλων των θυμάτων.

Οι σκέψεις όλης της κοινότητας του Πανεπιστημίου βρίσκονται με τους τραυματίες, τους αγνοουμένους και τους οικείους τους, καθώς και με όλους τους διασώστες και το ιατρικό προσωπικό που εργάζεται άοκνα για την εξεύρεση και περίθαλψή τους.
