As 2024 draws to a close, I feel immense gratitude for everyone who shared their presence in one of my yoga classes. You are a constant source of inspiration.

As we reflect on the last year, let's not push away nor try to let go of the challenges. Let's integrate them into our being, take the experiences and learn the wisdom that comes with them.

Teaching yoga is one of my greatest passions and I look forward to continuing the journey with you in the new year.

Remember the only thing we truely have is the present moment, so take it and live with passion and purpose.
