Ich bin Alex, ein deutscher Auswanderer, der seinen Traum von ‘Dushi Curacao’ lebt. Während meines ersten Urlaubs auf Curacao habe ich mich in die Insel verliebt und beschlossen auszuwandern. Diesen Plan habe ich im Januar 2016 in die Tat umgesetzt und mich im ruhigen Teil von Curacao niedergelassen. Ich wohne mit meinen drei Hunden Rosie, Jo-Jo und Lucky zusammen. Ich möchte, dass die Leute die selbe Magie während ihres Urlaubs verspüren wie ich damals und gebe mein Bestes dafür.
I am Alex, a German who is living his dream on "Dushi Curacao". I fell in love with this island during my first vacation in 2014 and decided to make it my new home. I settled in the quiet and close-to-nature area of Curacao and am living with my three amazing dogs Rosie, Jojo and Lucky. Unterkünfte / Accommodation
Kayacao Apartments verfügt über drei Zimmer. Diese drei gemütlichen Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage findet ihr direkt in Westpunt. Im ersten Zimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett (1.60m) und im zweiten Zimmer zwei Einzelbetten, die aber zu einem großen Bett umfunktioniert werden können. Das dritte Doppelzimmer befindet sich auf der sogenannten Palapa und ist nach oben hin offen, so habt ihr eine natürliche Klimaanlage wenn ihr im 2x2.10m großen Doppelbett liegt. Ihr wohnt mit mir und den Hunden auf 3700 qm. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Pool mit Wasserfall, eine Außenküche mit großer Grillstelle und die einmalige Palappa mit Meerblick. Meine Küche ist gut ausgestattet und kann natürlich von euch benutzt werden. Auf dem Grundstück ist außerdem viel Platz, sodass alle Fahrzeuge innerhalb geparkt werden können.
Für alle die lieber etwas mehr Privatsphäre und Ruhe haben möchten ist das Ferienhaus ‘Vista Papaya’, gelegen in den Hügeln von Westpunt die perfekte Urlaubslocation. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad, offener Wohnküche und einer Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Westpunt und die gesamte Boca Grandi.
Kayacao Apartments has three guest rooms. These three cozy double rooms with separate bathroom and aircondition are located in the heart of Westpunt. The first room has a big double bed and the second room has two single beds which can be converted to a bis one. The third room is located on the palapa and is not completely closed, so you have a natural air flow while lying in the 2x2.10m bed. You are living with me on 3700 qm. The property includes a pool with waterfall, a spacious outdoor kitchen with BBQ area, as well as a nice palappa with ocean view for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped and for sure can be used by you. In the house is another guestroom which can host two persons. On the property is a lot of space, that´s why all the cars can be parked inside.
Teh holiday house ‘Vista Papaya’ in the hills of Westpunt is perfect for everybody who loves their nice and quiet and a little more privacy. It consists of 2 bedrooms, bath, open kitchen, living room and a terrace with a spectacular view over Westpunt and the ocean.
Die Nachbarschaft / The neighborhood
Wie der Name schon sagt liegt Westpunt im äußersten Westen der Insel. Dieser ist bekannt für seine schönen Strände und unberührte Natur. Von meinem Haus erreicht ihr zwei der Strände, Playa Kalki & Playa Grandi (99% Schildkrötengarantie), problemlos zu Fuß. Die zwei Nationalparks der Insel, Shete Boka und Christoffelpark, sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe zahlreiche Restaurants von denen einige auch leckeres inseltypisches Essen anbieten.
The western part of Curacao is known for its beautiful beaches and untouched nature. Two of the beaches, Playa Kalki and Playa Grandi (where you have a 99 percent chance of seeing turtles) are within a walking distance. Also you can reach the two national parks of the island, Shete Boca and Christoffelpark, within a few minutes by car. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby, which also offer typical local food.

Tauchen / Diving
Curacao gehört zu einem der beliebtesten Tauchgebiete der Welt. Wunderschöne Riffe und bunte Fische gibt es zu hunderten. Ich begleite euch zu den schönsten Spots - tags und nachts. Selbst wenn ihr noch nie tauchen wart, es aber immer schon ausprobieren wollten könnt ihr das bei einem Schnuppertauchen mit mir tun.
Curacao is known all around the world for the awesome diving. Beautiful reefs and colorful fish are seen everywhere just off the beaches. I will accompany you on your dives and show you the bests spots, no matter if during the day or night. Even if you’ve never been diving before you shouldn’t miss this and do a discover scuba dive with me!
