Life moves in seasons. 🍂🌱

What feels heavy today won't last forever, and what feels beautiful will change too. 🌸🌿

Keep going through every chapter with patience—change isn't the end of your story, it's part of becoming. ✨🤍❤️

🙏🏼 Júlia on vacation & enjoying practice with her dear self 💫 . Shavadsna (“corpse” posture, in Sanskrit), last one in any yoga practice. 🩵 all you need is to REST, to calm your mind. Deeper meaning: we “die” after one yoga practice to be “reborn” in next one. My text is not done with AI sorry, also my experience of this posture is authentic. Hope you get yours, and it might be different from others. If in the open space - amazing, at home - arrange your space with LOVE 🧡. Enjoy ☺️ ! NAMASTE 🙏🏼 NAMASKAR

Dear yogies ☺️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️ as for chakras, we believe we know “much” about. See some examples of asanas enhancing the energy flow.
Pick what you need and shape your practice according to your state of body (and mind!) at the MOMENT. Have fun 💫…

🪷🙏🏼😀Steady effort counts. Even for us, teachers, mmm especially for teachers. Chat GPT summarises it well ! “In yoga philosophy, tapas refers to disciplined effort, self-discipline, and the willingness to endure discomfort in pursuit of personal growth and spiritual development. It is the practice of cultivating inner strength and transformation through consistent commitment to one’s values, practices, and goals”
