I used to believe clarity comes from thinking harder.
More analysis. More pros and cons. More late night conversations in my head.
But clarity did not show up there.
It showed up the moment I stopped overthinking and started working with my hands.
After years in HR and Talent Acquisition, and living through my own career transitions, I noticed something powerful.
People do not lack answers.
They lack the right way to access them.
That is why I work with LEGO® Serious Play® today.
When people build, they slow down. They see their thoughts outside of their head. Patterns appear. Confidence grows.
Suddenly it is no longer
“What should I do next?”
It becomes
“This is who I am, and this is what fits me.”
That is where real change begins.
If you are feeling stuck, maybe nothing is wrong with you.
Maybe you just need a different way to listen to yourself.
Save this if it resonates 💛
Share it with someone who is at a career crossroads.

✨ The Moment Someone Says “I Never Saw Myself This Way Before”
That sentence is one of the reasons I ❤️ the work I do.
It usually appears in the middle of a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® build when someone is fully immersed in their own story. Their hands begin to uncover what their mind tried to hide. A strength they forgot about. A value they never named. A fear they finally understand.
I see this a lot with professionals who feel stuck or unsure about their next step.
They come in with a tight CV and a perfect LinkedIn profile.
Yet their inner world feels loud, unclear, a little chaotic.
This is where my HR background blends beautifully with coaching.
Years in Talent Acquisition taught me how to read a profile in seconds.
Career coaching taught me how to slow people down so they can actually understand the deeper layers of who they are.
And LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® brings those two worlds together in the most unexpected way.
Because clarity is not found in thinking harder. It is found in creating space to explore without judgment.
In every workshop I see people surprise themselves.
They build something small and suddenly describe their values with confidence.
They name a goal that felt too big a week ago.
They reconnect with what motivates them.
That is the magic of this work.🦄
It is creative. It is structured. It is neuroscience supported.
Most importantly, it brings people back to themselves.
Have you ever had a moment where clarity came in an unexpected way?

✨ When words are not enough, we build our way forward.
One of my favorite moments in coaching is when someone picks up a few LEGO® bricks and suddenly everything becomes clearer.
Not through overthinking, but through creating.
Not through pressure, but through play.
Career clarity is not a worksheet. It is a process of seeing yourself in a new light.
And LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® makes that possible in the most unexpected and powerful way.

Every time I design a new workshop, I start with one question:
💭 “What do people need most right now to feel inspired and clear again?”
That’s how these three workshops were born, through real conversations with clients and participants.
🧩 IKIGAI: for those searching for direction
🚀 Intelligent Failure: for those learning to grow through setbacks
✨ Shine Like a Star: for those ready to show up with confidence
We’ll explore these themes in Belgrade, Cologne, and Brussels this season, blending reflection, play, and neuroscience in one experience.
Belgrade editions will be bilingual (🇬🇧 & 🇷🇸), open to both locals and expats.
Each workshop is different, but they all have something in common:
You leave with clarity you can see, built one LEGO brick at a time.
