Our circle is growing. 🌿
I'm so happy to welcome Vanessa to the Puro Círculo Yoga family.
Originally from San José, Costa Rica, Vanessa has been sharing the practice of yoga for over 15 years. Beginning this week, she'll be leading our indoor classes at MUSA every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 9:00 AM.
Her classes are welcoming, thoughtfully adapted for all levels, and rooted in the same philosophy that guides Puro Círculo Yoga: moving with awareness, cultivating strength, mobility, and balance.
