Mindful Waves is a women’s surf school located in Nosara, Costa Rica. Led by an all- female team of local coaches. See you in the water!
We help women build the skills, ocean knowledge and confidence to feel at hole in the line up. We help women to remember that everything they need is already within them by encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone through surfing so that true growth and healing can start

This journal was created to help you get honest with your fears, understand where they come from, and start building real confidence from within — in surfing and in life 🌀

Waterfalls, butterflies, long quiet waves.
Life feels softer here.
Simpler. More real.
We’ll be returning to the South June 1–7 for a small, intimate surf trip — just a few women, sharing waves, meals, and space.
