Every circle I've ever led starts the same way. A handful of women, unsure if they belong, sitting a little too straight, waiting to see if this room is different.
It always is. Not because I do anything magic, but because something shifts when women stop performing wellness and start actually being witnessed.
If you've been thinking about what's next for you, quietly, in the back of your mind, that's worth listening to. Space in each circle is intentionally small.

Save the date: September 24th.
I'm hosting a live circle called Redefining Our Relationship to Work, a family constellations session exploring where our beliefs about labor, worthiness, and rest actually came from.
Not the ones we chose. The ones we inherited, from parents who worked to survive, from cultures that taught us to justify our existence through productivity.
If you've ever confused exhaustion with dedication or busyness with belonging, this one's for you. Learn more and register here: https://anapolanco.org/events

One of the prompts inside The Threshold asks you to finish this sentence: I have been carrying ______ so long I forgot it wasn't mine to carry.
Most women pause there. Some cry. A few close the journal and come back to it three days later.
That pause is the whole point. It's not a productivity exercise, it's a chance to actually hear yourself think, maybe for the first time this week.
If you haven't sat down with The Threshold yet, there's no deadline and no pressure. Just a quiet doorway whenever you're ready. https://anapolanco.org/the-threshold

Permission to rest without earning it first.
Not the rest you schedule after the list is finally empty, because it never is. The rest your body is actually asking for, right now, today.
It happens to be National Relaxation Day, which is a strange thing to need reminding of, but here we are. So consider this your permission slip.
Put the phone down for an hour. Let something stay unfinished. Nothing collapses.
What would you do today if rest didn't need a reason?

I think often about a woman who came to a circle already so tired of holding everything together that she almost didn't come at all.
She sat quietly through the first hour, arms crossed, waiting to see if this room would ask her to perform healing on command like every other one had.
Somewhere in the second hour, someone named a fear she had never said out loud to anyone. Not a stranger's fear. Hers, almost word for word.
She told me later that was the moment she finally exhaled.
Belonging is often the first breakthrough, long before any insight or decision. Just being witnessed accurately, maybe for the first time in years.
If a room like that feels far off right now, The Threshold is a quieter, private way to start. https://anapolanco.org/the-threshold

There's a pattern I see often in my work.
A woman moves through her days doing everything right. Showing up early. Holding the room together. Saying yes before she's asked herself if she means it.
She calls it discipline. Sometimes it is. But sometimes what looks like her personality is actually her inheritance, a role she stepped into so early she forgot it was ever handed to her.
Family Constellations work starts with one honest question: is this mine, or did I inherit it? Not to assign blame. Just to see clearly enough to choose.
Swipe through for a few of the ones I see most often, and a few questions worth sitting with this week.

Nobody ever asks the strong one if she's doing okay. They just assume the answer is yes, because you've never given them a reason to think otherwise.
That's not a compliment. That's a trap you got handed before you were old enough to say no to it.
Somewhere along the way, you learned that falling apart was a luxury other people got to have. That your value came from how much you could carry without dropping it.
That needing help was a risk you couldn't afford, so you stopped asking.
Here's what nobody tells you: the people who call you strong usually mean "reliable," not "resilient." They're not admiring your capacity. They're relieved they don't have to worry about you.
You were never actually supposed to be unbreakable. You were just never given permission to be anything else.
When's the last time you let someone see you before you'd already pulled it together?

You already know the moment you're waiting for. Something breaks, finally, dramatically, undeniably, and then you'll have permission to change.
Here's what nobody tells you: that moment rarely comes. Most women who join Wild Dreams aren't in crisis. They're just tired of waiting for one.
They're the ones who look completely fine from the outside. Who've built the career, held the family together, shown up for everyone, and quietly wonder when they get to stop performing okay and start actually feeling it.
Every cohort starts the same way: a small circle of women who decide they're done waiting for permission that was never going to arrive on its own. The work is the same each time. The room is never the same twice.
If you've been circling this for a while, telling yourself "maybe next time," that's usually the tell that you're already closer than you think.

A permission slip for the thing you've never said out loud. 📝
You are allowed to want more than survival, even if your ancestors only got to survive.
You are allowed to be angry at the people who loved you and still hurt you. Both can be true.
You are allowed to stop being the strong one, even if you've never once been given permission to be anything else.
You are allowed to want pleasure, rest, and ease without earning them first, and without waiting for someone to say it's finally your turn.
Consider it signed. Now the harder question: what will you actually do now that you have it?

If you've spent time with The Threshold, you know the feeling by now.
A question that surfaces mid-practice and doesn't fully resolve by the end. A moment where you notice something's been sitting heavier than you realized. A quiet sense that you've only scratched the surface of what you're actually carrying.
That's not a flaw in the design. That's exactly the point where the deeper work usually begins.
The Threshold was always meant to be a doorway, not a destination. If something in it has been stirring a question you're still sitting with, family constellations work is where that question gets explored further, in community, with guidance, in a room full of people who already understand the weight before you explain it.
