How to Manufacture Carbon Fiber wheel

Step 2. Cut Carbon fiber into shape
Step 3.Lay up Carbon fiber. Lay up the rim outer surface and brake track
Step 4.Forming inside the steel mold
Step 5.Take out the mold an Inspect
Step 6.Take the plastic part out and Drill the spokes holes.
Step 7. check the Rim surface and holes
Step 8.INSPECT Rim 's flatless and roundness.
