We are Macau's first BJJ gym run by the first two black belts in Macau under Professor Rodrigo Caporal, a Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ) black belt from one of the most prolific BJJ teams in the world - Atos Jiujitsu. Apart from his BJJ skills, Rodrigo Caporal is also a rising star in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) with some important wins under his four ounce gloves.

Second Class of our Weekend Warriors Program for Kids with zero experience in Jiujitsu. 🤩🤍
They might look like they’re just playing games... but this is the foundation of everything we do. 🥋✨
In our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program, white belts don’t start with complex techniques. They start with movement literacy. 🧠👣
We introduce Jiu-Jitsu as both self defense and a sport—but for these little ones, it all begins with fun. Because strong fundamentals = confident kids. 💪
Every crab walk 🦀, shrimp 🦐, forward roll 🤸, and silly freeze game has a purpose:
🦀 Body Awareness – Learning where their body is in space
🐻 Coordination – Building strength through animal movements
🤸 Spatial Awareness – Navigating the mats safely with friends
💪 Resilience – Falling down and getting back up, over and over
We call it the “Jiu-Jitsu Alphabet.” You’ll call it confidence, focus, and a whole lot of fun. 🌟
Whether they’re here to learn self defense, compete, or just build confidence—this is where every journey starts.

Great news for our Atos families and those looking to join!
By popular demand, we are excited to expand our Atos Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program to include a dedicated Saturday morning class!
This class is perfect for:
• New students (ages 7-12) wanting to try BJJ in a fun, beginner-friendly environment.
• Any child ready to build confidence, discipline, focus, and make new friends.
CLASS DETAILS:
🗓️ Launching: Saturday, March 7th (every Saturday)
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
👧👦 Ages: 7-12 (Beginners & Current Students Welcome)

Yesterday was so special as we watched our kids’ class level up! Seeing their hard work, discipline, and courage on the mats pay off is what it‘s all about.
A huge congratulations to all our students who earned their new belts and stripes! Your journey in Jiu-Jitsu is just beginning, and we can’t wait to see where it takes you. Remember: the goal isn‘t to be better than anyone else, but to be better than you were yesterday.
