Mukti Thailand Retreat | May 🌊
We gathered by the ocean in May, where the breath met the tide and practice softened into presence. Morning sadhana with salt in the air, evenings dissolving into sunsets, and in between—movement, stillness, laughter, and deep listening. Grateful for this Mukti retreat in Thailand, where freedom was not taught, but remembered.
