It is always a pleasure when a Kung Fu brother or sister from anywhere in the world comes to visit. This summer we had Frantastic, Andrea, Luca and Mateo. It was great training with you guys, you know that this is your home in China and you are welcome to come whenever you want.
Mateo is the first foreign kid to visit the academy. Can't explain with words the happiness to see how the Chinese kids tried to interact with him and right away welcomed him into the group as one of them. Thank you so much Mateo, you just inspired us to do this more often in the future.

Last week, we celebrated the award ceremony of the academy's 2017 summer camp. One hundred and sixty kids performed what they learned during these two months of training six hours everyday. We are so proud of these little warriors who gave it all each minute of training, and now they see the results of the hard work.
For many of them this was a "once in a lifetime experience" and probably we will never see them again. Some others might be joining us next summer. But for few of them, this was the spark that light the love for Kung fu inside them and will continue studying with us daily.
Anyways,it was an amazing experience for all of us and no matter what's gonna come next, we are part of the same Kung Fu family.

Summer in Luoyang, the sun is biting so hard that you feel like if there was an eternal flame on your neck. The heat is coming from everywhere, from the sky, from the ground, even the wind is burning, just like the sweat that is pouring out from your skin. But it is also the best time for training. The muscles are soft and ready to fly almost whit no warm up...
Many exciting things happened since the last post. Shifu went to Milan, Italy to give a two weeks seminar. That was exciting for those who assist and Shifu loved it. He cant wait to go back next year. Then, we were blessed with the visit of many Kung Fu brothers from all over.
Our Mexican Kung Fu bro Mario Inowe, spent three month in the academy, training hard everyday like a true Shaolin Warrior.
Yana Murray, stopped by in the academy before her competition in China (which by the way she got two gold medals) to do some Saholin Kung Fu training and show some of her amazing Yang style Tai Ji.
At the same time, our dear bros NIck, Bea and Valentina, came to visit for a few days. Always a pleasure to see you guys.
And last but no least, Luca is staying for 6 months in the academy. And believe it, he is rocking with the river hammer meteor.
