大概五年前，那会总是睡不好，晚上睡不着白天睡不醒，好像西半球的作息。跟一个很尊敬的老师聊了聊，他说你去上班吧，忙起来就好了。于是我上班了…
可能是三年前，我觉得有时候好无聊，对很多事情都没兴趣，就不停的刷着手机！后面回老家，我又去见了那个老师，还是聊了聊。他建议我看看书，我说我看不下进去呀，他又告诫我，不要想着你看书一定要得到什么，在看的时候你已经得到了三个东西，一个是度过了无聊的时间，二是收获了安静，三是有可能收获了一些以前没有接触过的事物。
至今我都还记得，聊这两件事情的情形！
