HAPPY FEAST OF ASCENSION OF CHRIST!

The GM, SG and Financial Sectary of Tiko United alias Samba Boys paid an official visit to MAFLEKUMEN HIGHER INSTITUTE, TIKO.

The main aim of the visit was to seek ways in which Tiko United FC could have a long lasting partnership with MAFLEKUMEN HIGHER INSTITUTE.

A warm welcome was given by the Proprietor and Director of the Institute, Dr. Anselm Akume Ewang and they had interesting discussion with the Director.

He brought forth the fact that Tiko United was an emblem of the Tiko Municipality thus the community at large need to put hands together for the growth of the club and this could only happen when there are community inclusive micro and macro projects which everyone could identify themselves.

He added that we need more positive and creative thinkers to be brought together to see how the brand of Samba Boys could be sold amongst the Tiko inhabitants.

"I REMEMBER ONCE IN A TRADE FAIR IN YAOUNDE WHERE MY INSTITUTE WAS INVITED TO TAKE PART IN 2009, MOST PEOPLE IDENTIFIED MY INSTITUTE WITH TIKO UNITED AND THAT GAVE MY INSTITUTE A GREAT VISIBILITY DURING THAT TRADE FAIR BECAUSE MY INSTITUTE CARRIED THE NAME TIKO" ~ Words from the director of MAFLEKUMEN HIGHER INSTITUTE.

The Executive of Tiko United led by the GM showed gratitude to the Director for his openness and schooling on football managerial skills he had given them. They promised to come back for further discussion of how a long lasting partnership could be born with the idea initiated today.
