THE HARVEST GENERATION HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN!
Yesterday, Spark Link Africa successfully hosted the Orientation Session for the EYEA Leaders Fellowship Cohort 3, bringing together over 20 exceptional young leaders and entrepreneurs from Cameroon, Ghana, Togo, and Nigeria.
While the cohort is strongly rooted in agriculture and food systems, it is also enriched by innovators from education, health, logistics, and other development sectors, creating a diverse community united by a shared vision to solve Africa's challenges through sustainable and financially inclusive ventures.
Under the theme, "From the Soil to the System: Building Financially Inclusive Ventures That Feed and Fund Africa," fellows explored the fellowship's vision, expectations, and opportunities for impact while gaining insights from distinguished speakers and mentors.
Thanks to the vision bearer, Ojong Godwin, MC of the day, Ambassador B**g Precious, and our keynote speakers, Tabeel Yerima and Bechem MaryKeller, who showed up to ignite the fire within the fellows so they can embark on a constructive journey to build sustainable communities.
The session culminated with the adoption of the Fellowship Covenant founded on Excellence, Integrity, Community, Service, and Sustainability; values that will guide every fellow throughout this transformative 8-week journey.
Today marked more than the start of a fellowship. It marked the beginning of a pan-African community of changemakers committed to building solutions that strengthen livelihoods, create opportunities, and transform communities across Africa.
The seeds have been planted. The Harvest Generation is ready to grow.

THE CODE HAS BEEN RELEASED.
Africa's future will not be shaped by those who wait for change. It will be shaped by those who create it.
I am excited to officially announce the launch of the Disruptor Code Leadership Accelerator programme, a transformational leadership and entrepreneurial development programme inspired by the principles of The Disruptor Code: The Entrepreneurial Mindset of Africa's Future.
This Pan-African initiative is designed for young professionals, entrepreneurs, students, emerging leaders, and changemakers who are ready to unlock their potential, expand their influence, and create meaningful impact in their communities and industries.

Through coaching, mentorship, practical learning, networking, and leadership development, participants will gain the mindset, skills, and confidence needed to lead in a rapidly changing world.
Successful participants will earn the Certified Disruptive Leader (CDL) credential and become part of a growing network of purpose-driven leaders across Africa and the diaspora.

SparkHER 3.0 was last night and wow!!!
The message was simple: having a skill is good. But it’s not enough on its own.
You also need to know how to present yourself, who to talk to and how to make the right people notice you.
That’s what the whole night was about.
Big thank you to Ms. Mary Keller,
Ms. Ebai Blanche,
Patience from Ghana and
Mr. Ojong Godwin for keeping it real and practical.
If you were there, drop a comment, what’s the one thing you took away?
And if you missed it, tag a friend who needs to hear this. More is coming.

The Architects Cohort has officially graduated.
Yesterday, the EYEA Leaders Fellowship Class of 2026 closed one chapter and opened another and it took a remarkable group of people to make it happen.
Thank you to our speakers who showed up and delivered:
Mrs. Njemo Naomi for grounding us in design thinking as a tool for solving Africa’s real problems.
Mme. Naggayi, reminding every fellow that courage is the first requirement of creation.
Eng. Edmund Ayuk BE for breaking down what it actually takes to get youth-led enterprises funded.
And . Ojong Godwin for closing with a practical roadmap, not inspiration alone, but a real 90-day pathway to enterprise.
To every Architech Yen Bertilla, Christabel, who stood up, shared their journey, and made their pledge publicly, congratulations.
The theme was Designing What Does Not Yet Exist. Now go build it.
