Here are some tips to have a productive, balance, and happy week.

- Exercise at least 3-5 times per week.
- Sleep at least 7-8 hours
- Eat well to fuel your body
- Write down 3 things you will achieve everyday
- Don’t over think too much
- Be grateful, life is good.

How many years have you been in the Fitness Industry and any background on competing or sport?

Been in the fitness industry for 12 years now. I enjoy doing Powerlifting, love Metabolic Conditioning & functional training.

What inspired you to be in the Fitness Industry?

What inspired me was I've always wanted to help people. I went through a weight loss journey myself.

What’s your mission being in the Fitness Industry?

My mission is to create better versions of people. A new personal best is the best feeling ever.
