As heard on this week’s The GAA Social Podcast has been using Pilates to rehab a lower back issue so he can get back playing with
I’ve been working with Aidan 3 times a week on Zoom for the past few months. Using Pilates he has found new strength, core awareness and mobility. Now, along with his other coaches, he’s tying it all together and translating it into a return to play. The comeback is on!
