Starting up the rugged dirt road which is the access to Ski Apra, you will start to understand what kind of adventure you are in for. Upon arriving at the "base" area, you will get an overview of the terrain and how to maximize your time at Arpa. We will board the snowcats for the 20 min ride to the top where you put on your gear in the shadow of Mt. Aconcagua and take in the view which stretchs all the way to the Pacific ocean. Follow the guides lead and enjoy 3,000 ft descents back to the cat.
