LUMA is coming to life and the full lineup is now online! If you’re hearing about it for the first time, LUMA is our Festival of Quiet Practices: one day dedicated to what quiet can do, bringing together practices around stillness, breath, movement, sound, listening, reflection and the nervous system’s own slower rhythm.
We wanted to create a festival that feels a little different. We envisioned a day to gather around practices that help us become more present, more grounded and perhaps a little more connected. And now you can finally see what the day will look like.
The full LUMA lineup is online and sign-ups are open, with a beautiful group of teachers and practitioners sharing the practices that mean something to them throughout the day. You can find all sessions on Eversports -> head to the Yoga Nest Oerlikon profile, choose 20 September, and you’ll see the complete LUMA program there. You can also find the full story, lineup and festival information on our website.
We’re so excited to finally share this with you and to see LUMA take shape beyond all the conversations, ideas and planning that have gone into it. Come spend a different kind of day with us and bring along someone you’d love to share it with. ✨

Sunday evening is time when the weekend begins to come to a close, it offers a beautiful opportunity to pause before stepping into a new week. Might be your moment to check in with yourself, take a full breath, and create a little space before life picks up its usual rhythm again.
Inspired by the expansive energy of summer, this 90-minute guided meditation & breathwork practice offers its complement: a chance to turn inward. Both and are certified meditation and breathwork teachers, and together they have created an evening dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting, and simply being.
🗓️ Sunday, 2. August
⏰ 18:00-19:30
