Between our phones, tablets, computers and TV’s… and now even more with the pandemic, the average person will spend over 10 hours each day in front of their screens!
This has an impact on your posture( rounded shoulders), and will lead to shoulder, neck, elbow and low back painI on the long run!
t’s important to make sure we give our eyes and minds a break periodically throughout the day.

Here’s a cool tip about avocados that you probably don’t know! If you happen to buy an unripe avocado, put it in a paper bag along with one ripe banana (close the bag of course). It’s said that ripe bananas release a lot of ethylene, which will speed up the ripening of the avocado!

Do you know how easy it is to roast your veggies? Preparing your veggies this way is super simple to do and is an easy way to set yourself up for success! Put your favorite veggies on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Season again with salt and pepper. These are great all by themselves, and also to use in your omelets! I love red peppers and broccoli!

My wonderful client, Natalia.
How did we get there in such a short period of time? ( 3 month and -7kg).
We worked together 2 times a week at the gym, building her strength and increasing her muscle mass.
We always incorporate Cardio during the sessions ( she loves Boxing !), and i helped her with her diet, choosing the right food and portions.
She never skipped a training and stay commited, the result is there and she is already enjoying her new body, and on the top of that she feels she has more energy than never and her mood increased tremendously!
