-Tuesdays before 18:30 or after 20:15
-Wednesdays from 17:45
-Thursdays from 17:45
-Daytime slots in the mornings, lunch time & afternoon upon request.
We're 9 minutes by tram from@the HB/Paradeplatz & just a 2-minute walk from Sihlcity.

This winter the Radiant Heart Studio is hosting a 6 day Winter Festivals and we got one hour spots available for teachers that would love to introduce their work.
You’ll receive the following support from us:
Marketing, Visibility and Promotion through Social Media (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook), Newsletter, and Paid Ads.
Special page on our website for the festival with your class in the schedule.
During the event there will be support between the classes, tea, herbal infused water, and snacks for teachers and participants.
Your class is available for reservation for public through the studio website and the participants pay you CHF 33.- per person via Twint or cash in person at the day of event.
Your slot is 1 hour long, giving 30 minutes before and after to prepare, and wrap up.
Your slot costs CHF 122.-
You will keep everything you earn. (You can choose multiple slots)

We're both space holders. Personal Yin Yoga with Aleksandra Dehbandi🇨🇭 is a yin yoga teacher & trainer & shares with you the creamiest ceremonial cacao by Naked Chocolate Ceremonial Cacao Blends in her ceremonies. is a multinstrumentalist & experienced musician. Combining our skills we create cozy ceremonies for you to relax, nourish, journey within and reflect without making it spiritual entertainment. Down to earth, less is more; you're enough ✨
Aleks bakes fresh ancient spelt or glutenfree cookies - reduced in sugar but not in high quality ingredients and intention to nourish & ground you.
Our studio welcomes you like a cozy living room. You're greeted by us with a smile and warm cup of tea. You're welcome as and introvert & extrovert. You don't have to perform. It's nice to have you.
Our space is cozy and warm. Sensory-sensitive. Practice space and lounge area can be separated to have both a proper opening and closing of your/our events.
