Last week I tripped in T2 Alpe d'Huez Triathlon and started the run with some pain in my foot, but I got going and got through the run as best as I could and got 🥉

Few days later I found out, I actually ran it with two ruptured ligaments and injured a tendon.🤕

I am really sad I won‘t be able to race EmbrunMan this weekend!

Project: heal up and get ready for a big back end of the year has already started! ❤️‍🩹

What a race!😁😮‍💨 A couple mishaps and a couple of mistakes made for a very tough day! I‘m proud to have battled through the challenges and be on that podium with Alanis Siffert and Jeanne Collonge 🙌🏼

Really enjoyed going back to middle distance racing and racing in all these different places!🤗 Also never taking podiums for granted and happy with my progress 😉

Now I am also looking forward to getting back to training! ⛰️ We keep rolling 😎

Had to chase hard after a difficult swim and happy with my bike performance and finished it off with a solid run!😉

Getting excited for another race this weekend

I have some fond memories of this race over the full distance from 7 years ago (last pic)😅👶🏻 And I can‘t wait experience the crazy atmosphere again!🤗
