Why do we shake during Lagree?

That shake isn’t weakness.

During Lagree, we move slowly under constant tension, forcing your muscles to work harder for longer. As muscle fibers fatigue, your body recruits more fibers to keep moving and that’s when the famous Lagree shake appears.

The shake is a sign that:
• Your muscles are being challenged
• You’re reaching deep muscle fatigue
• You’re creating adaptation and change
• Your body is working exactly as it should

Instead of running away from the shake, learn to embrace it.

The biggest mistake new Lagree clients make?

Trying to move too fast.

Most people arrive thinking that speed equals intensity.

It doesn’t.

In Lagree, the goal isn’t to finish the movement.

• You increase time under tension.
