YOGA DAYS

With each deep breath, I inhale the sea's salty air, grounding myself in the present moment. As I observe the vibrant dance of plants and the gentle movements of animals, my heart swells with gratitude for the connection of all life. Aho 🌿

On the sacred slopes of the volcano Ilaló, I took part in a deeply transformative training that wove together Ta**ra, Art, and Shamanism. Held by a community that met me with open-hearted love, deep respect, and generous space for my personal unfolding, I was able to reconnect with hidden parts of myself. Through connection with nature, creative expression, and sacred rituals, doors opened within me that I hadn’t even known existed. I felt seen, supported, and free — it was a journey inward that has profoundly changed my life.

October Yoga Retreat

Is getting closer! Some more places left at the Inner Harvest retreat we are holding together with Aida 🤍

This will be our way to deepen the practice by learning new techniques and mastering ways to implementing the practice into the daily life, nourish body-mind-soul at the homely retreat , explore the north of Evia island, enjoy the warm days longer and most of all find our inner gems.
