My yoga classes are vinyasa flow classes and are laid back and fun. We focus on strengthening our bodies and our minds while having a laugh or two along the way. Poses can modified for all levels and beginners are encouraged. Classes include the physical practice, breathing techniques, meditation and aroma therapy. One on one or small group classes upon request. Classes can also be given in Spanish. Kid and Family yoga classes
