QiGong with Jean-François de Taillandier
The first workshop will be a Five Animal Qigong workshop 🐯🫎🐻🐒🐦⬛.
This year, the focus will be on the Deer.
It will take place from 9am to 10:15 am on both days.
The second one will be a brand-new workshop exploring how to enrich the form, particularly through Animal Qigong.
This workshop will also take place from 2:15 pm to 3:15 pm on both days.

Cette année, le focus se portera sur le Cerf.
Il aura lieu de 9 heures à 10h15, les deux jours.
Le deuxième sera un atelier inédit pour explorer comment enrichir la forme grâce au Qigong des animaux notamment.
Cet atelier aura lieu de 14h15 à 15h15, les deux jours également.
