The legendary Steve Klassen five-time Xtreme Verbier winner, has been riding the Bec des Rosses since 1996. Back then, the dream was just getting freeride onto the Olympic stage. Thirty years later, it happened!

Aurelien Ducroz 2x FWT Champion. At just 10 years old, the Olympic Games of 92' shaped his future. They gave him a vision, and he found his path through freeriding. He's extremely proud that his sport is now part of the Olympic dream.

"My first memories of the Olympic Games were those of '92 in Albertville; I was 10 years old, and it was those Games that shaped my future and made me want to become a champion, to surpass myself, and to push my limits. It was in freeride that I found my path and realized my biggest dreams.

Today, I am extremely proud that my sport—the one I carried, and the one that carried me—is being welcomed into what is, for me, the Olympic dream. Thank you and congratulations to all those who, like me, believed in this thrilling sport."
