With a background in fitness, it’s only natural that when Sandra found yoga 20 years ago it was through Power Yoga! Over the years she’s grown interest towards slower practices, mindfulness & philosophy, but her biggest joy still comes from that feeling of flowing with breath & movement in sync!✨
Sandra brings a lot of care to her classes, she guides you with softness & precision. Her Monday evening Power Yoga class is for anyone who seeks the benefits of yoga, but needs a little more action.

// HIKE & YOGA //
Our Hike & Yoga is our signature summer event & every year it brings beautiful memories & new friendships! This place is a special one to us & it’s a joy to share it with others.
Here’s the plan: an accessible morning hike to this pristine lake, a yoga practice in the middle of the mountains serenaded by the cow bells & the birds, an optional picnic to share a convivial moment together & a fresh dip in the lake if you feel like it.
Open to all levels of Hiking & Yoga.
Bring your family, friends, kids or pets with you - the more, the merrier! ☺️
