In an intense sprint relay, Norway 1 takes the win with a 45-second lead.
Andrine Benjaminsen, Eirik Langedal Breivik, Kasper Harlem Fosser and Pia Young Vik secure victory ahead of Sweden 1 and Switzerland 1.
