The legendary trail running event across the Alps Other stage locations include Ilanz, Vrin, Olivone, Biasca, and Valle Versasca.

The Dynafit Transalpine Run 2026 powered by Garmin will start on August 28, 2026, in Lenzerheide and end after seven days and 250 kilometers on September 3 with a grand finale in Locarno on Lake Maggiore. The completely new route promises a unique alpine and Mediterranean atmosphere, coupled with magnificent and sometimes very secluded trails. Highlights include the Rhine Gorge, the Greina Plateau, the Ticino mule tracks, and Lake Maggiore.

Our TAR MIXED TEAM WINNERS had a special journey during this year's TAR. Taking on the Transalpine Run right after getting married, they turned their post-wedding celebration into an epic journey across the Alps, proving that true partnership can conquer any trail.

Crossing that final finish line after seven days of big mountain trails, steep climbs, and pure team spirit is a feeling like no other. Huge congratulations to every single runner, volunteer, supporter, and crew member who made this week so unforgettable.
