This is a Kundalini Yoga kriya for mental clarity ✨ It is based on the kriya “Becoming Crystal Clear” — here I’m sharing my shortened 12-minute version for a quick energy and focus reset.

The sequence:

1️⃣ 3 min — arm swings across the chest + Breath of Fire
2️⃣ 2 min — clapping movement without touching the palms
3️⃣ 30 sec — pressing the air down + Breath of Fire
4️⃣ 3 min — hands pressing the navel, legs lifted, steady breath
5️⃣ 4.5 min — deep relaxation: imagine your body filled with light, keep your focus on the navel center and let the practice integrate

This practice may help you:
✨ clear mental fog
✨ activate energy
✨ strengthen focus
✨ reconnect with your body
✨ reset your nervous system
✨ return to your inner direction

❓Do you ever feel sadness sitting in your chest?
❓Do you notice that when you feel low, your breath becomes shallow?
❓What if one simple breath could help you feel a little softer inside?

💙 This is a very gentle Kundalini Yoga practice called Mudra for Sadness. It is simple, quiet, and surprisingly soothing.

✨ You bring the palms in front of the face and breathe in and out through the mouth, as if you are gently drinking air through your hands.

🫁 Why can it help?
Sadness often makes the body contract, the chest tighten, and the breath become small.
This practice invites the breath back into the body, softens the heart space, and gives the nervous system a signal of safety.

🪷 In Kundalini Yoga, this mudra is often connected with the mantra Humee Hum Brahm Hum — a mantra of connection, unity, and remembering that we are not separate.

Please practice gently and stop if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable. 💡As always, deeper practice is best done with guidance.

📚 This is a Kundalini Yoga kriya called Overcome Stiffness of Old Age. Try this out and see if your body needs this already 💪💪💚

It is not a soft stretching sequence.
It is a strong 27-minute practice that moves the hips, legs, spine, heart center and nervous system.

Some exercises are dynamic.
Some are uncomfortable.
Some ask you to stay, breathe and not escape.

And then comes the most important part: deep rest, blessing the body, and integration.

Please practice with guidance, especially if you have back, knee, neck issues, high blood pressure, pregnancy or you are menstruating.

❓Where are you still fighting with life?

Acceptance is not weakness.

In yoga, this is close to santosha — the practice of inner contentment and meeting the present moment without constant resistance.

It does not mean you agree.
It does not mean you stay.
It does not mean you stop growing.

It means:
I see what is here.
I stop denying it.
I stop feeding the old reality with my resistance.

This is one of the reasons we practice yoga:
to become conscious enough to notice where we leak energy,
and strong enough to choose again.

❓Why do we practice breathing?
