Had lunch on the terrace of the Restaurant Sporting Club with my very old and dear friend Christian Barras. Lovely weather, great lunch, beautiful view overlooking the golf and those spectacular mountains. And all that on November 8!!
Hard to believe that two days ago my garden was covered in snow...

That was yesterday.
Today bright blue skies and sun!!

November 1st.
Another beautiful day. View over the Vallee du Rhône and taking a trip accross the valley to Nendaz where we had lunch in the garden.

Crans Montana are lovely in every season. Winters are romantic, with great skiing possibilities. Summers are sunny and warm, great for hiking, climbing and not to forget the spectaculair golfcourse.
But my favourite time is autumn. Today, October 30, lunch outside and nearly too warm to sit in the sun.

Just an hour by car to Martigny, visit the Pierre Gianadda Foundation. A really charming museum and they always have lovely exhibitions. And don't miss the incredeble photographs of Marcel Imsand.
