🎈6 years of CASA 🎈
Looking back, I realize this journey was never really about building a Pilates studio. It was about building a community.
Thank you to every client who trusted me, every trainer who believed in the vision, every friend that encouraged me and everyone who has been part of CASA over these past six years. You have made this dream bigger than I ever imagined.

I’m so excited to be joining Elaine Hayes from Wellcraft for our first international retreat this fall in MENORCA, Spain (September 10–15, 2026).
Together, we’re creating a retreat that blends movement, relaxation, and connection in a way that feels both elevated and grounded — bringing together women from different places for a truly special shared experience.
Think: Pilates, mindful activities, beautiful surroundings, slow mornings, long dinners, and time to actually breathe again.
This is your reset for body and mind — and I promise you’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, stronger, and more like yourself again.
A few spots are still available. The group size is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.
