I love coaching, so I invested in one on one sexual therapy last year over 4000 CHF to learn more about myself, about my needs and boundaries.
Still I am questioning myself, why is this important, why do I need to invest money into something like this, can't I learn it in the world?
I think I payed mostly for security. To be able to have a supported space, somebody who is not running away, when things are difficult. Somebody that stays committed in support, no matter what comes to the surface.
It might be that we're in constant fear that somebody is running away when you truly show up, when you truly set boundaries, when you truly stand behind your needs. But if you are never doing it, you'll never know.
This is an invitation for you, to truly show up today. Show up with vulnerability, humility and an understanding that you can speak your truth. AND ASK YOURSELF: "how can i show up truly today"?
