A new adventure begins: ! It will be a spectacular event because cycling is the sport that makes us dream 🤩—but it will be that way thanks in part to the behind-the-scenes work of so many people who make sure everything goes well, such as the representatives who handle safety issues and extreme weather conditions! They’ll step in when needed and serve as the group’s spokespersons. The delegates will work to prevent any problems that may arise during each stage. The riders appointed as representatives, on the other hand, will serve as the group’s messengers in the event of extreme weather conditions during the race. It won’t be easy to keep everything running smoothly because this is a long, difficult race, but the team is ready and united for a new adventure. 💪Vamos, compañeros! 🇪🇦🚴

We are speechless and filled with anger after the news of Finlay Tarling’s death at the Tour of Portugal. It is not right that a young athlete’s life should end this way, and we are furious that even today it is still not possible to prevent such serious accidents. We share in the grief of his family, friends, team, and everyone who knew Finlay. Rest in peace, young rider; we pray for you, and we will carry you in our hearts.

We wanted to be different, to resist the temptation to celebrate our beloved riders at every stage of the Tour de France—as fans, insiders, and journalists have been doing systematically, before us and better than us, every single day. But now that we’ve reached the end of the most prestigious and grueling race in the world, how can we remain silent? Every day, including today, we’ve witnessed examples of true and incredible humanity: solidarity, courage, loyalty, resilience, friendship, passion, pride… values that no other sport showcases quite like cycling. Thank you, guys, for the spectacle you’ve given us every day—one that goes far beyond your incredible athletic performances. This is a tribute to everything that a ranking and a stopwatch don’t reveal, but which we, with this humble post, want to honor. 👏🎩😍 🇨🇵🚴🏽‍♂️

Here are the team spokespeople who will step in if extreme weather conditions or safety issues arise.
Thanks, guys, and have a great Tour! 🇨🇵🚴🏻‍♂️

We are professional riders.

We are used to impossible goals.
We are used to suffering for something we believe in.
We are used to working as a team, respecting those who lead, and taking responsibility when the moment demands it.

Call us athletes, if you like.

But what we bring into the world of work is something more than a CV.

It’s a way of being.

If you’re a company interested in meeting us, come to “Hire the Pro,” where cyclists meet companies.

Hire The Pro has come to an end — and what a privilege it has been.

Every career has a finish line. What matters is what comes after.

Through this initiative, we wanted to stand beside riders at that exact turning point: the moment when the racing stops, but life doesn’t.

We hope we’ve opened a few doors. We hope some of you sat across the table from a company that saw what we’ve always seen — that being a professional cyclist doesn’t just make you strong. It makes you relentless, disciplined, and built to handle whatever comes next.

Starting over is never easy. But you’ve already done the hardest part: you became a professional athlete. Now go build the next chapter with the same courage that got you here.

Stay strong, and good luck out there.

A huge thank you to every company that believed in this project and helped make Hire The Pro 2026 possible. Thank you to Bici Talent for your invaluable support, and to Eurobike for hosting us.
